After researching and experimenting in the kitchen, I've found out that yes, you can use ground beef to make corned beef. It's a different approach but the outcome is surprisingly good. The key is in the seasoning - you have to get that traditional corned beef flavor right. A blend of pickling spices, curing salts, and a bit of time for it all to marinate can do wonders. So, if you're in a pinch and only have ground beef at home, don't worry, corned beef is still on the menu!
